Frustrated by Peri or post-menopause? Know that you are not broken! You are just trying to navigate through a natural phase of life, be it with hormonal changes. My mission is that no woman should have to navigate it alone!
M4 is a monthly subscription that helps peri and post-menopausal women stay consistent with safe and sustainable exercise programs, nutrition, mindset and yoga and helps them avoid the trap of settling for “acting their age.” This program will help you get physically stronger, build confidence and a sense of empowerment.
Who Is It For?
- You are a do-it-your-selfer for the most part and still enjoy the regular access to a support system that will keep you accountable to yourself.
- You are not 22 years old, but neither do you need to be doing chair yoga!
- Programs created for 22 year old fit males (subjects in 60% studies) will not work for you,
- You are looking for strength training prescriptions and nutritional tweaking that work to balance your hormones, boost metabolism, and increase lean body mass, while preserving your bone health.
- It is also for you if you are feeling isolated during the menopausal journey, frustrated by the weight gain, if you have low self-esteem brought about by all the changes; unsure about hormonal issues, hot flashes, mood swings, lack of sleep, loss of libido, anxiety – please do not go through it alone!
I created a place where you can come for consistent connection to tools and practices to keep you engaged, a place where you can get access to strength training that is tailored to meet your particular needs, find information that helps you take care of your health, and accelerate your results. I am offering a place where you can come for a shot of clarity amidst a sea of confusion in the health and fitness world. It is also a safe, sane place to find challenges that will re-engage you to take care of yourself.
Every month you will get…
One strength training class – LIVE – through zoom per week. There will be a morning (8:30am to 9:30am) option and an evening option (7:30pm to 8:30pm). A replay is available if there are days when you cannot make it.
Two extra homework videos a week: Research shows that one training session a week is not enough to see long lasting changes in terms of building a strong and resilient body and spirit. You will have access to two more strength training videos a week.
Unlimited access to yoga and meditation classes: I teach 6 yoga classes and 2 meditation classes a week. You are welcome to attend them allJ or pick and choose. You also get a recording of the classes.
One new monthly challenge that will help you focus on things that reward you with energy, improve your nutrition, enhance your sleep, reduce your stress, or boost your metabolism. Need an arms, abs, or buns challenge? Need to hydrate or get those greens in? Need to sleep better or get more mobile? There’s a challenge for that!
Nutritional content and recipes with an emphasis on hormone balancing, anxiety calming, sleep-enhancing, craving-killing foods that you can enjoy. They have to pass the yummy (and easy) test before they make the cut. You can have your kale and dessert too. [non-dairy, non-soy, gluten-free, and many offer a vegetarian twist or you can substitute plant-based protein easily]
A community of like-minded, supportive women in our Private Facebook Group. Here you can share your questions, answers, successes, and challenges. You’ll find uplifting support from other members of the group and you can tag me if you have a question you want me to see right away.
Live Q&As with me in the Private Facebook Group. I jump in and do live coaching around special challenges, and topics like fat loss, metabolism, joint care, sleep, stress/hormone balance. It will all be at your fingertips!
An SOS call every 6 months if you need help cleaning up your pantry, restructuring your exercise routine, getting a reboot, that’s what your SOS call is for. You’ll have access to my calendar to book your SOS 30 minute zoom call once each 6 months. This is available for premium membership.
60 minutes Massage or reflexology – this option is available for the premium membership, Being healthy includes taking care of any tight tissue in the body. These massage sessions will help you achieve that.
